Refund policy
To start a return, Please email your order number and items you wish to return to hello@shopgoosies.com.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our refund policy below:
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available for items purchased directly from our website.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Seasonal and Holiday merchandise must be returned within 10 days of delivery. This includes Christmas and Mardi Gras.
- Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- All items discounted 25% or more is a FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return.
- Black Friday, BOGO, Bundles and other special promotions are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We may request photographic evidence and will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@shopgoosies.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
- Shop to Pay customers: Self serve returns are available on your order receipt.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund after the above timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card provider.
- If you need further assistance, contact our customer service team.
Gift Cards
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Refunds do not include original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
